Terms of Service

1. User Registration & Eligibility

To use the VendorSathi wallet and cashback system, you must be a resident of your local city, possess an active Indian mobile number, and register via OTP validation. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information.

2. Wallet Balance & Transactions

• Authorized Use: Wallet balances loaded into your account can only be spent at registered VendorSathi merchant outlets within your local neighborhood.
• Security PIN: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4-digit transaction security PIN. Any transaction verified by your PIN is considered authorized by you.
• Limits: Monthly transaction limits and KYC requirements are regulated based on administrative rules to prevent money laundering and fraud.

3. LVS Reward Engine & Cashbacks

Cashback percentages are dynamically determined by category rules and merchant agreements. Cashback amounts are credited to your e-wallet balance immediately upon successful transaction verification and are non-transferable to bank accounts, except where explicitly permitted by admin approval.

4. Merchant Agreements & Settlements

Registered merchants agree to accept VendorSathi wallet payments for legitimate goods and services. Settlements are processed within 24 business hours directly to the merchant's verified bank account upon raising a payout request, subject to standard administrative verifications.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any customer or merchant account immediately without notice if we detect suspicious transactional patterns, ledger manipulation, or violation of these terms.
