Wallet & Recharges
Yes, for standard unverified wallets, the monthly loading limit is ₹10,000. Verified customers who complete basic KYC checks can expand their limits up to ₹1,00,000 to purchase high-value catalog items.
Your balance is displayed in real-time on your Customer App dashboard. You can access the dedicated Ledger tab within the menu to view detailed records of all deposits, merchant checkout debits, and cashback credits.
Checkout & Cashback Rewards
Cashback percentages are dynamically governed by the business category config set by administration. For instance, categories like grocery or food might earn a 5% to 8% cashback, while apparel or electronics categories could earn up to 10% to 15% cashback. The active rate is auto-calculated on your checkout bill amount.
Cashback rewards are spendable directly at any of our partner stores inside your local neighborhood. To encourage local merchant growth, cashback balances cannot be directly withdrawn as cash or transferred to bank accounts.
Merchant & Partner Outlets
Basic listing on the directory is completely free of charge. A tiny administrative platform service charge is deducted during bank settlements to help maintain the aggregator system. Reach out to our helpdesk for current settlement structures.
Once a merchant submits store information and upload valid address proof / GST registration, the VendorSathi administrative panel verifies details. Verification and activation normally completes within 24 to 48 business hours.
